Provision of technical support during planning and pre-mobilisation phases for this major new container terminal in KSA. Supported development of Recruitment Plan, Mobilisation Plan, Training Plan and processes and procedures.
Supported recruitment programme for “expat” workers and trained Equipment Operators, Stevedores and Operations Supervisors on-site. Supported Cargo Operations and Marine Operations management teams during start-up and initial operations phases. Developed an auditable Health and Safety Management System.
