Portia provided supervision of this European Commission funded project, which provided for the rehabilitation of the port following the cessation of hostilities.

The project initially involved the rehabilitation of port infrastructure, equipment and services, and the re-introduction of port operations.

The scope was further extended to include the development and implementation of accounting and management information systems to enhance the financial and operational management capabilities of the port.
