The project is to assist the client in the development of a public port facility in the Fort Dauphin region of Madagascar.
Portia will assist in the development of the business model as well as examining operational aspects such as facilities, layouts, cargo handling equipment, marine equipment and staffing, which will give the client the only logistic option in such a remote area, of exporting the product by sea.
