Management and Operational Strategies for two Port Authorities
An ADB funded project to provide management advice to two ports in China to enable container-handling facilities to operate more commercially.
Detailed Container Terminal Operating Plans were prepared for both ports. The project also included arranging management study tours to Europe and South East Asia.
