WHAT WILL PORTIA DO?

Portia will create a team of experienced consultants to manage operations on behalf of the local/designated operator. This includes bringing the new terminal online and establishing industry standard processes for safe and efficient terminal operations. Initially, the local/designated operator’s management will shadow Portia’s team, taking over the active role as management processes become established.
