Portia in association with Peter Fraenkel and Eagle Pope, provided strategic advice to Fremantle Ports Authority for the planned container facilities in the outer harbour.
This involved assessing 4 options that had been proposed and Portia’s task focused on container and break-bulk terminal vessel operations, terminal layouts and equipment.
