In April 2006 Portia in association with Peter Fraenkel and Partners and Eagle Lyon Pope provided strategic advice to Fremantle Ports Authority for the planned container facilities in the outer harbour. This involved assessing 4 options that had been proposed and Portia’s task focused on container and break-bulk terminal vessel operations, layouts, and equipment.
