Portia has commenced work on a 9-month project for New Port Steering Committee in Doha, Qatar.
Portia delivered a 12-strong Consulting Team that was able to cover all aspects of masterplanning and development for this major new port. The focus was to deliver best international practice in planning and development specifically; operational strategies for the transitional / start-up phases ensuring timely project delivery.
