Portia has commenced work providing management support to Tuticorin Coal Terminal Pvt Limited the JV Company set up by ABG/Louis Dreyfus to manage and operate the NCBII terminal, a major new coal terminal in Tuticorin Port.
During the pre-start-up phase Portia’s brief is to provide advice and guidance on operational procedures/systems, recruitment and equipment procurement, commissioning and installation.
