Yesterday Portia attended the latest PSS Port Safety Group meeting in Liverpool hosted by Peel Ports Group at the Lake House in Crosby.
The meeting was very well attended and members were treated to a full programme of interesting presentations and interactive workshops which covered all aspects of safety management. The day was completed by an entertaining and informative tour of the Port of Liverpool hosted by Peel Ports.
Today it was PSS Annual Data Review which was hosted by the Liverpool Cruise Terminal in the iconic Cunard Building on the Liverpool Waterfront. The day was focused on the PSS Data Dashboard which members can input their safety date into and subsequently use for reporting etc. Again there were a range of interesting presentations from Comet and workshops all aimed at improving the Data Dashboard for the PSS membership.
Thanks to Jen, Rhiannon and the rest of the PSS team for an extremely interesting and thought-provoking 2-days.
