Portia has started work on the prestigious Mubarak al Kabeer Terminal project in Kuwait. Portia is a sub-consultant to PMDC the Dubai-based company with overall Project Management responsibilities.
Portia are delivering specialist expertise from the perspective of “Proxy Operator”, giving comfort to the client and ensuring that the terminal is being designed and built in a manner that will deliver a world-class facility.
