Portia, Peel Ports, and Blackpool and The Fylde College are delighted to announce that two candidates from KPA have successfully qualified as VTS Operators after completing the six-week IALA C103-1 Training Course.
This intensive course demands full dedication from all participants. The achievement is even more noteworthy given that the KPA candidates completed the training in their second language and spent 1.5 months away from their families.
Portia extends its warmest congratulations and wishes them every success as they return to Kuwait and resume their roles within the VTS Department.
