Portia and Peel Ports are pleased to say that the two candidates from Kuwait Ports Authority have successfully completed the first 4-weeks of this course in the Port of Liverpool where they have been undertaking the Nautical Knowledge and Underpinning VTS Knowledge coursework.
Portia and Peel wish them good luck for the final 2-weeks of the course that are taking place at Blackpool and the Fylde College Nautical Campus in Fleetwood where they will undertake a GMDSS Course and a VTS Operator Simulator Course.
