Portia Delivers Ports and Terminals Safety Awareness Seminar
Portia are pleased to be hosting a delegation of European safety professionals for a Ports and Terminals Safety Awareness Seminar. The 3-day programme which started today, aims to deliver an in-depth understanding of the specific risks within a port setting, in a way that can maximise the ability of safety professionals to further drive risk reduction in ports.
Portia is being supported on this by the Peel Ports Group (https://www.peelports.com) who are facilitating site visits to a range of terminals within the Port of Liverpool to enable the delegation to observe a variety of different cargo handling scenarios (containers, bulks, break-bulks and ro-ro) along with related marine operations.
