This week Portia delivered its second Working Responsibly in Ports course for Glencar Construction Limited, who are undertaking a major construction project for Peel Ports at Alexandra Dock in the Port of Liverpool. Alan Bate from Portia worked closely with Neil Ellam at Glencar to design this course in order to provide candidates from the construction sector with a comprehensive understanding of safety and health regulations, their individual safety responsibilities, and how their actions can contribute to safety and well-being in a port environment. Portia are looking forward to delivering further courses over the coming months.
