Portia have long-standing links with Latin America and the Caribbean having commenced its first port management concession in San Nicolas, Argentina in the mid-1990’s and held a 5-year port management concession in Port of Port of Spain in Trinidad from 2006-2011. More recently Portia have conducted a number of port consultancy and training assignments in the Caribbean.
