Portia signed this contract with Gangavaram Port Limited who have been awarded a long-term concession to develop and operate a new port at Gangavaram, Andhra Pradesh State, India.
Phase 1 involves a 5 berth development of bulk coal, iron ore and break-bulk terminals and was commissioned in late 2008.
