This week at Portia we are celebrating! We are extremely proud to announce that we have passed our ISO 9001 audit and have been awarded ISO 9001 certification.
The ISO (International Standards Organisation) is an independent, international organisation that upholds worldwide industrial and commercial quality management standards. The ISO 9001 standard is internationally recognised and given to organisations that continue to uphold efficient and effective services.
The Portia General Manager, Colin Jones, said “Portia believes that by implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) via ISO 9001 we are now able to implement more consistent and repeatable processes and so improve our service to existing and new clients. QMS certification also allows us to better plan for the future, engage with our staff and continually improve our business.
