Championed by the Operations Department and Human Resources Department, the Myanmar Red Cross Society delivered First Aid Training to 21 x TMT Ports employees. Completed onsite by Accredited Trainers, this course received positive participation by persons from all departments of the TMT Ports family. Along with delivering its intended objective, there was a wider a greater effect in team bonding development. Participants received 5 x full days of training combining class lessons, infield practice and pass/fail test, basic first aid equipment and accredited certificates delivered by end of course presentation. First Aid Training is valuable skill creating a business benefit in compliance to safety regulation and management of workplace injuries, plus an individual education benefit receiving a skill for life for their family.
