Massport Maintenance Training
In 2013, Portia delivered a programme of maintenance and repair management consultancy and training which focused on the following: design and improve the preventative maintenance; monitoring of maintenance and repair costs; calculate the total cost of ownership of equipment; control costs through forward thinking procurement; identify cost drivers and strategies to maintenance and repair costs; manage asset management risks and contracts.
A second 2 week maintenance management training course was delivered in late spring 2014, which focused on KPI Reporting and Proactive Maintenance Regimes including “hands-on” practical demonstrations.
