Tim has worked on construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects of various types for almost 40 years and has held senior engineering positions within the maritime sector for 25 years. Tim has been leading port and port-related infrastructure, masterplanning and design projects at all stages of development from inception through to maintenance in excess of >$15 billion, including container terminal T3 at Jebel Ali and Liverpool 2 in the U.K.
Tim is an experienced board-level port manager with expertise in assessments and practical problem-solving together with successful delivery of cost-effective operational solutions. Tim is an exceptional communicator and co-ordinator skilled in the management of emergency/urgent works and fully understands the importance of environmental impacts and how projects must be both commercially viable and environmentally acceptable. Tim is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of PIANC.
