Sarah Haidar has over 16 years’ experience in the Maritime Sector and is skilled across of a range of areas within Port Operations and Terminal Management including but not limited to Training and Security.
Sarah is excellent in teamwork, organisation, communication, leadership and multi-tasking and has a proven track record in Project Management, delivering managing and planning existing and new projects including a number of greenfield projects.
Sarah has a BBA in Business Administration and has demonstrated an ability to successfully manage business financial performance in order to meet long-term goals.
As Terminal Manager at the BCTC Container Terminal in the Port of Beirut, Lebanon, Sarah managed day to day operations with a commitment to the safe and efficient delivery of a quality performance and was instrumental in working with all Stakeholders in setting future strategies.
A speaker at international and local ports related conferences and events, Sarah is also a Member of the Women’s International Shipping & Trading Association (WISTA).
