Phil has more than 22 years of Maritime Experience and is skilled in operational management across a range of areas including Containers, Ro-Ro, General Cargo, Ro-Pax (200+ Passengers) and Trade Vehicles. Highly capable in all aspects of Terminal Operating Systems including Ro-Ro Vessel Strategic Planning, Container Vessel Planning and Terminal Yard Control.
Phil has a wide range of operational management skills aligned to an extensive practical knowledge covering operational documentation, efficiency improvement projects, vessel berthing planning, HSE, and accident investigations. Phil has also designed and developed training programmes and is well versed in optimising labour deployment in a union environment.
