Marine Services Training – National Port Services, Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Portia supported National Port Services (NPS) on their marine services concession delivering the provision of pilotage, tug services, maintenance of marine craft and maintenance of marine facilities. Portia provided technical assistance and day to day operational management of control tower, VTS and marine communications systems.
